The iCombi Classic has a ClimaPlus feature which allows the unit control center to individually tailor the climate of the cooking cabinet to ensure top performance and great results. The iCombi Classic is also individually programmable, allowing you to save up to 100 different cooking process for each of your needs. The iCombi Classic uses three different cookings mode. A steam mode to generate humidity, hot air mode to bake or pan-fry, and a combi steam mode which uses the benefits of both hot air and hot steam for shorter cooking times but with great results. The iCombi Classic also comes with an automatic cleaning function for light, medium, or heavy-duty cleaning.
