Small enough to be stored under most fryers, the portable fryer filter features a 5 ft return hose creating an ergonomically correct style cleaning. The Frymaster portable fryer filter makes fryer cleaning a snap. With an 50 lbs. oil capacity, the portable fryer filter has multi-fryer drain and cleaning capacities for fast and effective cleaning. Regular filtration reduces oil costs and dramatically improves food flavor and consistency. The Micro-Flo recycling process uses filter paper and special acid-absorbing powder to remove foreign particles from micron-sized carbon deposits to solid food particles and fatty acids as often as necessary. The result is contaminant-free oil which means a greater yield of high-quality, good tasting food. The powerful 5 GPM pump automatically recycles the oil and returns it to your fryer. Debris is trapped in the easy to clean paper filter within the filter pan.
