The ITG-36E is a 36 inch electric griddle with thermostatic controls with a temperature range of 150° - 450° Fahrenheit (66° - 232° Celsius). The unit operates on either 9kW at 208V or 12kW at 240V. The front and sides are constructed of stainless steel and the legs are adjustable. The griddle plate itself is 1 inch thick. Furthermore, this griddle includes one grease drawer and the grease trough is 4 inches wide which fits a standard spatula.
