The ITG-12E is a 12 inch electric griddle with thermostatic controls with a temperature range of 150° - 450° Fahrenheit (66° - 232° Celsius). The unit operates on either 3kW at 208V or 4kW at 240V. The front and sides are constructed of stainless steel and the legs are adjustable. The griddle plate itself is 1 inch thick. Furthermore, this griddle includes one grease drawer and the grease trough is 4 inches wide which fits a standard spatula.
