The Nelson BD12DIPHV is a curved glass Ice cream cabinet, HV Stands for - high-visibility cabinet. These beautiful curved glass dipping cabinets offer a clear view and a distinctly European look that makes them great for gelato, Italian ice, and Ice cream. They can be racked for either three gallon tubs, Ropak plastic tubs - 4.2 liter or 5 liter gelato pans. We don't recommend that you rack both gelato and ice cream because the temperatures can vary, but if you ever decide to switch up your product, this cabinet will still work great.
