These custom commercial Asian (Chinese) fry wok range series are fabricated and manufactured in Canada. They can be used for different ethnic cuisines, such as Chinese (including Chinese Wok, Chiu Chow Wok, Chop Suey Wok, Cantonese Guangdong Wok and Mandarin Shanghai Wok style cooking), Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, etc. There are various custom configurations and models available. They are mainly constructed out of food-grade stainless steel 304. This is acceptable for use in commercial food establishments, kitchens, restaurants, etc. Each range is equipped with a powerful natural gas jet burner(s), suitable for the purpose and type of cooking (e.g., boiling soup, frying, steaming). Natural gas equipped models are the only available option at this time.
\nWhen ordering, please specify the (a) type of cooking, (b) the type of fry wok to be used for each burner hole or chamber (e.g., iron wok - one or two handles, rolled edge bowl/wok), (c) the diameter of the wok itself and, (d) the configuration (e.g., all front holes only, front and rear, etc.). Please note that accessories are not included. Faucets and built-in soup pots are available for an additional cost depending on the wok range configuration.
\nThe pictures show examples of the wok ranges that have been built for customers. Most customer's needs are different, our team will work with you and/or your chef to ensure that the wok range is suitable for its purpose. Upon completion, the wok ranges are adhered with a certification label, recognized nationally, and ready to be operated. The installation of the wok range at your site will be carried out by your local certified gas technician, plumber, and electrician (for turbo burner).
\nPlease note, regular wok ranges use a jet-tip cast-iron burner (nat. gas). A turbo wok range uses a powerful turbo burner (additional cost).
