The Imperial ITG-48 is a 48″ wide thermostatically controlled gas griddle with a full 24″ plate depth for more cooking surface, and a 1″ thick highly polished steel plate which will maintain even temperatures and assure quick recovery. This griddle has a total output of 120,000 BTU per hour and can be ordered for either natural gas or liquid propane.
